Payments, structured for trust

PIMS Pay is payment technology designed as an integrator — it helps merchants accept payments and get settled directly to their own accounts. PIMS does not hold customer funds.

The model

An integrator, not a fund-holder

PIMS integrates trusted payment rails so merchants can get paid. Funds settle to the merchant's account — PIMS is the technology in between, not a custodian of customer money.

  • Settlement goes directly to the merchant
  • PIMS does not custody or hold customer funds
  • Fiscalized sales, transparent records
Why this matters

Structuring payments as an integrator that settles to merchants keeps the model transparent and reduces the risk profile — for merchants, for partners, and for regulators.

Compliance-first

Trust is the whole point

Fiscal compliance and transparent settlement aren't features we added — they're the foundation the platform is built on.

ZRA Smart Invoice

Sales are fiscalized through the Zambia Revenue Authority's Smart Invoice system, generating signed invoices and fiscal receipts.

Direct settlement

Funds settle directly to the merchant's account. PIMS acts as the integrator and does not hold customer funds.

Security & records

Auditable records and security controls throughout, so every transaction can be accounted for.
